I am the “Founder of MBLE Fitness” and the Jumping Fitness Instructor in JB branch.

My passion is to help people to change their lives most simply and realistically possible thru Jumping Fitness. I believe everyone deserves the right to good health. I want to use my skills, my experience, and my journey to help others.
